We use only 82% European style butter, Madagascar Bourbon double vanilla extract & vanilla beans, imported Valrhona and El Rey chocolates & cocoa powder, imported Pernigotti cocoa powder, freshly ground Starbucks coffee beans, 23-Karat gold leaf, fresh seasonal fruits, pure citrus oils and zests.
Cake construction from start to finish is a slow process. The baking and decoration time, on average, takes 24-36 hours. The process is lengthy due to handmade items, drying times for fondant decorations, baking, torting, icing and chilling each tier, stabilizing each tier with support dowels and delivery prep.
It is a must that our cakes are moist, not-to-sweet, full-flavored, natural tasting, richly robust and seductively aromatic.
Due to its superior quality in taste, texture and stability, we ice our cakes with homemade Italian meringue buttercream, dark chocolate ganache and homemade white chocolate fondant.
Our cakes are baked within 24-hours of delivery to ensure superior freshness and quality. From beginning (baking) to end (delivery), only the finest will do. One bite and you will sure to be hooked.
