Ordering:

To place an order, please visit our shop. We offer an extensive selection of delectable gourmet layer cakes, cupcakes, desserts, French macarons, and ice creams.

Ordering Multiple Items:

To order multiple dozens of a single item or various items, ensure you click the PURCHASE button to add your selection to your CART. You can review your cart items at checkout and have the option to edit your CART before finalizing your purchase.

Select your desired cake or dessert flavor from the SHOP section list. Alternatively, browse our MENU for additional cake flavors not featured in the SHOP section.

Note: For flavors not listed in the SHOP section, please specify your choice in the NOTES section at checkout. This ensures we process your order correctly upon receipt. Our MENU offers a wider range of gourmet flavors, as the SHOP section contains only our clients' top flavor requests. We encourage you to personalize your flavors—consider us your personal baker! :o)

Delivery:

Delivery is available to specific addresses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas. We do not offer refunds; instead, we provide in-house credits. Order, delivery, and purchase issues must be reported on the day of purchase, within 24 hours of delivery. Our store policies, including terms of service, privacy policy, and refund policy, can be reviewed at checkout under "Review & Purchase."

Pick Ups:

Pick-up service is currently unavailable. Our operations from the commercial kitchen during late hours preclude our staff from accommodating unscheduled client visits and pop-ups. Kindly note: we operate strictly by APPOINTMENT ONLY, and delivery remains an ongoing service. We do not offer refunds; however, we do provide in-house credits.

Upon placing your order, you will be issued a receipt confirmation number.

Upon placing your online order, an automatic receipt number is generated. Kindly consider this number as your confirmation, which guarantees your delivery.

Please note: We are thrilled to prepare your special occasion cake and desserts for your forthcoming event! Your excitement is contagious, and we are grateful for your order. However, repeated inquiries about your order status through emails and phone calls before the scheduled delivery date are not necessary. We may be a small business, and this might be your first experience with us, but rest assured, we are committed to delivering professional, punctual, and exceptional service and products that meet your exact requirements. Should there be any changes to your order after placement, please reach out to us via phone, email, or voicemail.

After selecting a cake flavor from our SHOP section, remember to specify any special requests in the NOTES section at checkout for proper order processing.

Our menus, which include additional flavors not listed in the SHOP, can be downloaded from various pages on this site. For all special requests, including particular cake flavors, please use the NOTES section at checkout to ensure your order is processed accurately.

Note: We do not offer sheet cakes, 2D, or 3D cakes.

custom cakes

Inspiration images, such as Pinterest photos, drawings, and pictures, serve solely as a reference for crafting a unique dessert for you. We refrain from replicating, copying, or duplicating the work of other artists, as it constitutes intellectual property infringement and is illegal. However, we will focus on the aspects you admire in the inspiration images to create a bespoke cake for you and your guests' enjoyment.

Please send your inspiration image to Cotton@TieredandPetite.com and specify the elements you wish to incorporate into your cake. Additional charges apply for sugar flowers, intricate designs, edible images, metallic finishes, gold leaf, and elaborate edible decorations. We do not offer sheet cakes, nor 2D and 3D cakes.

After selecting your cake flavor from our SHOP section, ensure you place your order online. A subsequent invoice will be issued for the additional design elements and the remaining balance. Note that the cake designs featured on our SHOP page are modifiable. For any inquiries, concerns, or further information, do not hesitate to reach out to us via email, phone, or voicemail. We require a 7-day notice for custom orders.
