Our moist and delicious 4-layer butter cake is sandwiched between luscious layers of crème mousseline buttercream then iced with creamy Italian meringue buttercream.

BURNAWAY DETAILS: This beautiful cake has a top edible image that is printed on delicate wafer paper. This image is lit in the middle to “burn away” in order to reveal another edible image that lies below (which is printed on a frosted sheet) directly on the buttercream’d cake. A double border of buttercream is constructed on the cake to safely allow the ignited wafer paper to extinguish. Just like lighting a birthday candle.

This delicious 4-layer, 6” cake serves 14-18 guests.

CAKE DECORATIONS: To make the perfect gift, we guild the lily by adorning this scrumptious cake with edible glitter, 2 edible images, and maraschino cherries. To guarantee freshness and superior flavor, we bake "from scratch" within 48-hours prior to consumption. We bake with only the finest ingredients including an 82% European butter, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, and imported chocolate fondant.
